Roller Hockey Canada is proud to announce that we will be participating in the Global Inline Junior Challenge (GIJC) at State Wars 21! This prestigious event provides an opportunity for young, high-performance roller hockey players to represent their country in a competitive international tournament.
About the Global Junior Inline Challenge:
The Global Inline Junior Challenge is a bi-annual tournament held on odd years, alternating with the World Skate International Jr. Mens and Jr. Womens division. Its purpose is to allow players who might miss out on the "off year" to compete for their country in a high-level international setting.
Who Can Participate:
Players born in 2007 or later are eligible to participate.
Team Format:
Each team will consist of 10-12 skaters and two goalies.
The tournament will feature 8 selected international teams.
Tournament Details:
The tournament will be played over 3 days, from July 30 to August 1.

Player Fee: $750

Team Selection Process
12 skaters + 2 goalies per team.
Balanced East & West representation when possible.
Selection Committee Structure:
Provincial representatives from Alberta, Ontario, Nova Scotia, and British Columbia.
Roller Hockey Canada oversees final team selection.
Try-out Dates
Ontario - TBD (May)
Alberta - May 3 - Must Also Try-out for Team Alberta
British Columbia - Nomination Based*
*Complete registration survey which will be shared with the BC nomination committee.
